Healing Hands of Charleston's Policies
New Policy effective 11/29/19!:
50% Deposit required upon booking an appointment for any of our services; balance due at time of service. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable, and will be invoiced to the client via email. Client agrees to pay the deposit in order to confirm the appointment. If the deposit is not received, the appointment will be canceled and given to another client.
ONLY appointments with paid deposits will be kept. This is a result of high rates of cancellations and no-shows.
Groupon clients: A booking deposit of $20 is due at time of booking and will become the tip for therapist once the session has been completed. This is non-refundable & non-negotiable. Refunds are gladly given through Groupon if client doesn’t agree with these terms.
Please arrive for your appointment 10-15 minutes early. Your treatment will end as scheduled.
You are scheduled for the full time slot of hands-on time. Please allow extra time in your schedule for intake, getting comfortable on the table, and checking out. Notify your practitioner if you are on a tight time frame, so that your needs may be met.
